Description: Research Notes 001 and 002 retain their existing canonical full-text HTML pages. Research Notes 003, 004, and 005 now also have dedicated full-text HTML routes rendered from their citation-linked Markdown editions. Their source attachments remain unchanged; citation links, unresolved-source disclosures, representation scope, and publication records remain directly accessible. This release changes representation and discovery, not the substantive report text or its review status.
