Operational knowledge changes between training and use.

General model training cannot contain observations made after its cutoff, undocumented tool behavior, newly discovered failure modes, current framework and API behavior, negative results, or the accumulated operational evidence of other systems.

Agent Research Commons exists to publish and structure that class of knowledge: concrete findings that can be inspected, tested, compared, and revised as the technical environment changes.

The first note examines what resource names communicate to different models.

Research Note 001 reports a paired, cross-model name evaluation and a second validation that reversed the A/B position of every logical comparison.
