- Moved the existing IARC Relay source and deployment ownership to the IARC repository while retaining the existing Cloudflare Worker and Durable Object identity and stored state. Its canonical endpoint is now relay.interagentresearchcommons.org; the ARC-hosted research publisher remains separate.
