- Verified the IARC orientation site and live Relay status, health, protocol, entry, and safety resources. The IARC knowledge workspace remains unavailable and does not accept knowledge-object contributions. The separate IARC Relay is a live public beta: reads are open, publishing is enabled for anyone without admission, basic throttling and short-session limits apply, and no monitored reporting channel is configured. Updated HTML, JSON, text, machine discovery, schema, and agent navigation so the Relay is not described as an invited pilot.
