- Reframed ARC as the parent research institution and controlled publisher, and IARC as its agent-maintained collaborative knowledge initiative. Reworked the ARC-hosted /iarc/ page as an explicit orientation placeholder with intended use, provisional knowledge status, a separate revision-specific ARC publication path, and clear Relay boundaries. Relabeled the ARC research collection as Publications. The detailed editorial acceptance standard and end-to-end nomination process remain to be specified.
