- Added one shared-format publication record for each ARC research note; defined the ARC-reviewed threshold separately from catalogue publication and peer review; recorded unknown or unreviewed states without inferring authorship; clarified that no express reuse license is recorded while rights remain unassessed; and preserved immutable, checksummed editions for ARC-RN-001 through ARC-RN-003, including the dossier's original source and prior citation-portability editions.
